SQME Extruder Motor is synchronous torque motor and can run from zero to nominal speed with the constant torque. The differentiation between our patented motor principle and the existing torque motor is the pole number and the way how to achieve it. Our motors have a high pole number, 66 to 110 poles. The pole number is almost 3 times higher than standard torque motor. The high pole number allows great speed stability for precise movements. Our motor has very smooth acceleration and deceleration during speed control. Consequently, EMF Motor has highest efficiency in different speed and torque variants in above curve. It allows you to adjust the speed and torque according to your system needs and the consumption of the system is based on your system needs.

Pantented with the European Patent Agency with the Patent Number EP 0910154, EMF’s SQM Torque Motors are most suitable for High Torque at Low Speed Applications. SQM works synchronously and the windings have no influence on the pole number.
